Please allow up to 5 business days for us to ship your item.  You can choose the shipping method you prefer at time of purchase.  

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new Liz Law Jewelry.  Liz Law will accept items in new condition with no evidence of wear for return or store credit.  Please email jewelry@bylizlaw.com within 7 days of delivery for return instructions.    Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items.  After 7 days, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Repair Policy
Please email jewelry@bylizlaw.com with repair inquiries.  We can repair most items depending on material availability and nature of repair.  In the case of lengthening a chain or replacing a component, a fee might be incurred.  Repairs on items over a year old are subject to repair fee.  

Product Care
-Store your jewelry in airtight bags to protect against environmental pollutants.  
-Put on your jewelry after applying any perfume, lotions, and hair products.  
-Polish gold-filled items with a little soapy water and a toothbrush.  Sterling silver items can be cleaned with commercial silver cleaner.
